It’s been a long time since I tried Jimmy John’s, but during a break in a recent high school tennis tournament that we were watching, we tried Jimmy John’s since it was nearby. This was on the east side of town at 3420 East Calumet in Appleton. Very pleased with the meal. I had the roasted beef cheddar sandwich (without the cheddar)  and my wife tried the country club. Fresh bread and tasty meet. We were both happy. Also tried an order of their Greek cucumber salad and that exceeded my expectations. Inspired us to add that dish in our own cooking. Very nice ranch-style (yogurt) dressing with some onions. Really great flavor. Simple but memorable.

We got there a few minutes before 11:00 am when the store was supposed to open. A kind manager let us in a touch early so we could place our order. Great service, IMO.
